It’s almost my birthday but not only my the day I entered this body but also the day that would begin the many journeys and what feels like many lives within this one life.
Not too long after being born I started training as a vocalist and thankfully my mom nurtured that natural talent of mine.
Then around 8 or 9 I wrote my first song about saving the earth. I still feel the same way today.

Then around 15, I started working with a producer and signed my ford fevelllment deal with a major label. He was my first music mentor and an amazing human being. Sadly, he was killed when I was 16. RIP Diamond.
Then moving on I met who would become my lifelong mentor, partner, dad, manager, supporter @pmp_photos who took my career to the next level and introduced me to some living legendary rock bands that forever changed my life.
I had a thriving career. But then substance abuse took over me and I had to go away for awhile to get myself right. Which I did. Thankfully.
Then I continued to write and record music and then I became a mother.
By the way my daughter is 6 and can already write songs. Mind blown. More on that later!
Fast forward now as a fully independent artist and a single mom on a day to day raising this beautiful human solo and running a household solo (y’all know what I mean the people who know what I mean!) and having to constantly challenge my own negative tendencies to just believe that all of my dreams are still attainable.
Thank goodness I chant NMRK. Thank gooooodness for all the spiritual teachers and thought leaders that help ground me.

Well, I’m still here and I’m still going and I have decided that it doesn’t matter how long it takes for something to “happen” in life. The best thing is truly never giving up on yourself. I have vowed that I will never give up on myself no matter how hard it gets. But to use every obstacle as fuel.

If there’s anything in life you dream of please DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF.

So I am very happy to celebrate over 20 years in the music game, and my sobriety and I am beyond grateful and excited for all the things happening in my career that I cannot wait to share.

On 05/11/2023 I performed live for the first time in many years. Returning from a live performing hiatus, I faced many challenges and obstacles that would have made me give up if I hadn’t chose to see them as divine opportunities for me to break through.

During our very first rehearsal I completely blew my voice out. Unable to sing for two weeks leading up to the show, struggling during rehearsals and doing my best to not let that mess with my mind so much that I would quit. Then, coming down with some sort of cold and cough that finally started healing after the show.

My friend and bass player @toddbeeson was such a positive support during this entire process. Not only did he step up to MD, anytime I got down on myself even a little for not having a voice during rehearsals, he shifted everything in every moment to light and positivity. Not only is he talented as f, he’s just a beautiful human being. Thank you so much my friend! 💓

Id love to thank my drummer @sambjjlove who jumped in last minute, learned songs two days before a rehearsal and brought his badass drumming to the band. And his huge, genuine, kind heart. I am so beyond grateful for your contribution and I am so grateful to know you and I’m thrilled to continue playing together. And of course YOU @filmskymedia for bringing us together and for everything else you do 💓

Big thanks to @lior_tzemach_music who brought that fire electric guitar playing and who is just so gifted, cool and talented. I appreciate your spirit which so obviously shines directly through to how you play. I cannot wait to create music with you! 💓

The day of show I woke up still without much of a voice but once I hit that stage, somehow my voice worked, and my daimoku, prayers, and others that were chanting for my success were obviously answered.

And I couldn’t be more grateful.

I can’t tell you how important faith is, and how important it is to do what you love!!

I have so much to thank Tina for. I’ve idolized her my entire life. She has served as an inspiration to me in so many ways; as a singer, performer, humanistic character, the embodiment of self- empowerment, courage, strength just to name a few.

I am truly thankful that she planted the seed of Nam Myo Ho Renge Kyo in my life when I learned she chanted 10 years before I would meet someone who did chant and taught me what this Nichiren Buddhist practice is all about.
